Get a telemetry trace

`GET /internal/telemetry/trace/{traceId}`

Proxies the admin portal telemetry endpoint (admin.enneo.ai/api/telemetry/clients/{CLIENT_ID}/traces/{traceId}) for the current environment's client. Restricted to enneo and partner users (HTTP 403 for all other profile types).
